Pistol Rt — 24 Zone
A downhill zone run from pistol. The line steps right together to create a crease in the front-side A gap; the back presses that gap before cutting off the blocks.
Tap a gold-ringed offensive player to give him a blocking assignment.
Player responsibilities

Release upfield and occupy the left corner away from the run.
- F
Stalk the left defensive back to keep pursuit away from the run.
- LT
Step right and secure the backside edge. Block E1 in the 5-3 Stack.
- LG
Step right and close the backside interior gap. Block T1 in the 5-3 Stack.
- C
Snap, then work across the nose to the right. Block N in the 5-3 Stack.
- RG
Step right and create movement at the front-side interior gap. Block T2 in the 5-3 Stack.
- RT
Step right and secure the tackle on the play side. Block E2 in the 5-3 Stack.
- TE
Seal the right edge so pursuit cannot fold inside. Block S in the 5-3 Stack.
- Z
Release upfield and occupy the right corner.
- QB
Take the snap, present the ball to the back, then carry out the fake left.
- RB
Take the handoff, press the right A gap, and cut off the first open crease.
